We will need to collect data (or continue to store already collected data) for the purposes of providing our clients with the continued supply of our products and services. Your contact details including name, Company name, address, telephone number and email address will be kept securely in our cloud based data system. We also require this information for the processing of our accounts in order to continue with the day to day running of A Warne. Personal data is stored in line with any applicable statutory period. Information will be reviewed annually.
A Warne will not market or sell your personal information to other organisations to use in their own marketing activities, nor will any details be transferred to any other countries or international organisations. We have a data protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
We use both Explicit Consent and Legitimate Interest as methods for contacting businesses and individuals who we feel would benefit from our products and services as specified under GDPR. We may use the data we hold to contact people we feel will have an interest in our products and services.
